You should see all of your orders and their status under the Orders section in your profile. By clicking on every order, you can approve the quote, which means that you agree with the price and are willing to proceed with the order. Every quote should be either approved or rejected and the approved orders are then processed further.
As soon as you make the payment, we will see that the order is paid and it will go into production. No action will be required from you up until the product will be prepared for your review and approval.
